考虑弹性变形的风电齿轮箱滑动轴承润滑性能分析

摘  要:行星齿轮(轴瓦)内表面的弹性变形量远大于滑动轴承的最小油膜厚度,分析滑动轴承的润滑性能时有必要考虑行星齿轮弹性变形的影响。建立考虑行星齿轮弹性变形时滑动轴承动压润滑性能求解模型,采用Matlab和Abaqus联合仿真,模拟行星齿轮在考虑弹性变形和不考虑弹性变形条件下内表面的油膜压力分布及润滑性能的差异,分析齿轮啮合力对风电齿轮箱滑动轴承润滑性能的影响。结果显示:在齿轮啮合力的作用下,行星齿轮内表面发生了椭圆形的变形;在齿轮啮合力和油膜压力的作用下,行星齿轮内表面的变形也发生倾斜,且最大变形量已超过最小油膜厚度值;和不考虑行星齿轮变形的情况对比,考虑行星齿轮变形后最大油膜压力降低,最小油膜厚度增加。The elastic deformation on the inner surface of planetary gears(bushings) is significantly greater than the minimum oil film thickness in sliding bearings,and it is necessary to consider the influence of the elastic deformation of the planetary gear when analyzing the lubrication performance of the sliding bearing.Considering the elastic deformation of planetary gears,a model for solving the lubrication performance of sliding bearings was established.A combined simulation approach with Matlab and Abaqus was used to simulate the differences in oil film pressure distribution and lubrication performance on the inner surface of planetary gears under conditions with and without considering elastic deformation.The influence of gear meshing forces on the lubrication performance of sliding bearings in wind turbine gearboxes was analyzed.The results show that,under the action of gear meshing forces,the inner surface of the planetary gears undergoes elliptical deformation.Under the combined effects of gear meshing forces and oil film pressure,the deformation of the inner surface of planetary gears also tilts,and the maximum deformation exceeds the minimum oil film thickness value.In comparison to the case where planetary gear deformation is not considered,the maximum oil film pressure decreases and the minimum oil film thickness increases after considering planetary gear deformation.
