摘　　要：作为新时代民族理论政策的创新性概念“,各民族互嵌式发展”具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。就理论基础而言,马克思主义共同体思想形塑了各民族互嵌式发展的共同体导向,马克思主义交往理论奠定了各民族互嵌式发展的概念形成逻辑,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想则决定了各民族互嵌式发展的理论内核。伴随着中华民族从自在到自觉再到自为的发展脉络,各民族在互嵌式发展的历史源流中得以共创中华、参与再塑中华,并在新时代里共同复兴中华。对于区域层次、各民族层次和中华民族整体层次而言,各民族互嵌式发展的价值意蕴在于,它既是促进东西部之间区域均衡协调发展的创新举措,亦是各民族共同走向社会主义现代化的有效手段,更是推进中华民族共同体建设的模式探索。当前,在各民族互嵌式发展的实践推进中,需要进一步优化各民族互嵌式发展的主体结构,有效规范和科学调节各民族互嵌式发展过程中可能出现的利益矛盾纠纷,推动各民族互嵌式发展历史经验的汲取借鉴。最终,使得各民族互嵌式发展成为新时代铸牢中华民族共同体意识的可行性路径与创新性模式。As an innovative concept of ethnic theory and policy in the new era,"inter-embedded development of all ethnic groups"has important theoretical value and practical significance.As far as the theoretical basis is concerned,the Marxist community thought has shaped the community orientation of inter-embedded development of all ethnic groups,the Marxist theory of communication has laid the formation logic of the concept of inter-embedded development of all ethnic groups and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era determines the theoretical core of inter-embedded development of all ethnic groups.With the development of the Chinese nation from self-being to self-consciousness and then to self-making,all ethnic groups have been able to create China jointly,participate in the reconstruction of China,and rejuvenate China together in the new era in the historical origin of inter-embedded development.In terms of the regional level,the ethnic level and the overall level of the Chinese nation,the value implication of inter-embedded development of all ethnic groups lies in the fact that it is an innovative measure to promote the balanced and coordinated development between the eastern and western regions,an effective means for all ethnic groups to jointly pursue socialist modernization and a common exploration of the model to boost the building of a community for the Chinese nation.At present,in the practice of the inter-embedded development of all ethnic groups,it is necessary to further optimize the main structure of inter-embedded development of all ethnic groups,effectively regulate and scientifically manage the interests and disputes that may occur in inter-embedded development of all ethnic groups,and profit from historical experience of the inter-embedded development of all ethnic groups.Finally,the inter-embedded development of all ethnic groups will become a feasible path and innovative mode for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in the new era.
