摘 要:网球比赛运动时间长,场地大,运动员挥拍力量大,且需频繁移动,对运动员的体能提出了很高的要求。因此,提升运动员的体能水平至关重要,需采用科学合理的方法进行训练。该文阐述了体能对网球运动员的重要性,包括对提升身体耐力、网球技能水平、心理素质以及预防运动损伤等方面的积极影响,并探讨了高校网球运动员的体能训练方法,具体包括制订科学的训练计划、开展专项训练、注重体能恢复等策略。Tennis matches require long playing time,large courts,strong swinging force,and frequent movement,which has high requirements for athletes'physical fitness.Therefore,it is crucial to improve the physical fitness level of athletes and need to adopt scientific and reasonable methods to train athletes.Based on this,this paper expounds the importance of physical fitness to tennis players,including its positive effects on athletes'physical endurance,tennis skill level,psychological quality and prevention of sports injuries,and discusses the physical training methods of college tennis proposals,including strategies such as formulating scientific training plans,carrying out special training,and focusing on physical recovery.
