摘　　要：投篮技术作为篮球运动中的核心技能之一,对于提升学生比赛实战能力和享受篮球乐趣具有重要意义。然而,传统投篮教学方法难以满足现代篮球快速发展的需求,针对非篮球专长普通大学生的投篮技术教学亟须优化。基于此,该文先分析了大学公共体育课中学生投篮技术动作的主要类型。在此基础上,阐述了篮球投篮技术的教学原则。最后,提出了有针对性的教学策略,包括设计多样化且科学有效的练习方法,并引入多媒体教学、竞赛式教学、虚拟现实技术教学等创新教学方法,旨在进一步激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的投篮技术水平。As one of the core skills in basketball,shooting technique is of great significance for improving students'practical ability and enjoyment of basketball.However,traditional shooting teaching methods are unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of modern basketball,and there is an urgent need to optimize shooting technique teaching for college students who are not specialized in basketball.Based on this,this article first analyzes the main types of shooting techniques used by students in college Public Physical Education courses.Then it elaborates on the teaching principles of basketball shooting techniques based on this.Finally,targeted teaching strategies are proposed,including designing diverse and scientifically effective practice methods,as well as introducing innovative teaching methods such as multimedia teaching,competitive teaching,and virtual reality technology teaching.The aim is to further stimulate students'interest in learning and improve their shooting skills.
