摘　　要：随着中国式现代化的不断推进,高校体育教育面临着机遇与挑战并存的局面。为深化教育改革,基于实践经验,结合网球专项的特点,高校体育教育坚决贯彻培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的内涵要求。该文针对网球教学提出了一系列的改革举措,包括优化教师的教学思维、创新融入运动健康和体育品德的教学方法,以及完善评价标准。这些措施旨在提升学生的网球运动技能,增强学生的体育意识和健康素养,为高校体育实现立德树人目标、推动体育教育高质量发展提供可行的实施路径。With the continuous advancement of Chinese modernization,college Physical Education has ushered in both opportunities and challenges.To deepen educational reform,based on practical experience and combined with the special characteristics of Tennis,college Physical Education resolutely implements the connotation requirements of training socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical,aesthetic and labor.This article proposes a series of targeted reform measures for Tennis teaching,including the optimization of teachers teaching thinking,innovating teaching methods that integrate sports health and sportsmanship,and improve the evaluation standard.These measures aim to improve students tennis skills,enhance students sports consciousness and health literacy,and provide feasible implementation paths for achieving the goal of Lide Shuren and promoting high-quality development of college Physical Education.
