摘　　要：本文搜集并整理了国际食品法典委员会(CAC)、欧盟、日本、美国等国际组织、国家的生乳中农药残留限量标准。将GB 2763—2021《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》中规定的生乳中农药残留限量,与上述国际组织或国家的标准进行了深入的比较,分析存在差异的原因,对中国生乳中农药残留限量标准的完善提出了针对性的建议,以期为中国乳品工业的健康发展提供有力的支持。This literature collects and summarizes the pesticide residue limits for raw milk set by international food standards organizations such as the Codex Alimentarius Commission(CAC),the European Union,Japan,and the United States.The pesticide residue limits for raw milk stipulated in GB 2763-2021,"National food safety standard-Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food",are compared in depth with those of these countries or organizations,analyzing the reasons for the differences,and puting forward targeted sugges-tions for the improvement of pesticide residue limits for raw milk in China,with the aim of providing strong support for the healthy development of China's dairy industry.
