基于耗散结构理论的高职院校专业群建设现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：随着经济全球化和产业变革的加速,高职院校面临着教育模式和人才培养机制的重大转型。专业群建设作为高职教育改革的关键策略,其管理与发展成为提升教育质量和服务社会能力的重要途径。为弥补现有研究对专业群建设多维特性认识的不足,为专业群建设管理提供全新的理论视角和科学工具,研究引入耗散结构理论运用于高职院校专业群建设管理,分析其适切性,剖析专业群建设管理过程中熵现状及问题。探索专业群建设管理负熵引入的践行路径,提出从高职院校外部引入负熵的必要性和具体措施,以提升专业群管理效能,使其在不断变化的社会环境中保持竞争力和实现可持续健康发展。With the acceleration of economic globalization and industrial change,higher vocational institutions are facing a major transformation of education model and personnel training mechanism.Major clusters construction is the key strategy of higher vocational education reform,and its management and development become an important way to improve the quality of education and the ability to serve the society.In order to make up for the lack of understanding of the multidimensional characteristics of major clusters construction in existing studies and provide a new theoretical perspective and scientific tool for major clusters construction management,this paper introduces the theory of dissipative structure and applies it to major clusters construction management in higher vocational colleges,in terms of analyzing its applicability,its current situation and problems of entropy in the process of major clusters construction management.This paper puts forward the practice path of introducing negative entropy in the construction and management of major clusters,including the necessity and concrete measures of introducing negative entropy from outside,so as to improve the management efficiency of major clusters and make them maintain competitiveness and sustainable and healthy development in the changing social environment.
