摘  要:目的:探究我国医药制造业人才聚集的空间效应及影响因素,为我国医药制造业人才引进和发展提出政策建议。方法:使用区位熵指数测度2004-2022年我国29个省份医药制造业人才聚集程度,并通过全局和局部莫兰指数考察其在空间上的相关性。以邻接矩阵构建固定效应空间杜宾模型,使用偏微分分解探究影响医药制造业人才聚集空间效应的核心影响因素。结果:我国医药制造业人才分布在空间上已形成“京津冀”和“长三角”双核心聚集区域。医药制造业人才聚集的空间效应的莫兰指数系数值从0.1468上升至0.4920(除2004年外,其余年份P<0.05),空间正相关性呈现“升-降-升”的波动趋势。空间模型回归结果显示,医药制造业企业的R&D经费内部支出是促进本地区医药制造业人才聚集的主要因素,教育资源对相邻地区的溢出促进作用最明显,人均GDP则会同时促进本省和相邻省份的人才聚集。结论:我国医药制造业人才聚集会受到地理相邻因素的影响,各地应充分把握医药制造业人才聚集的空间溢出效应,利用资金支持、经济发展、教育水平等资源促进医药制造业人才省域流动。Objective:To explore the spatial effects and influencing factors of talent concentration in China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry at the provincial level,so as to provide policy recommendations for the introduction and development of talent in this sector.Methods:Using the location entropy index,this study measured the degree of talent concentration in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry across 29 provinces and municipalities in China from 2004 to 2022.The spatial correlation was examined through global and local tests.A fixed-effects spatial Durbin model was constructed using an adjacency matrix,and partial differential decomposition was employed to investigate the core factors influencing the spatial effects of talent concentration in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Results:The findings indicated that China's pharmaceutical manufacturing talent had formed two core concentration areas:the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta.The Moran's index for the spatial effects of talent concentration in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry increased from 0.1468 to 0.4920(P-values were less than 0.05 for all years except 2004),showing a fluctuating trend of"rise-fall-rise"in spatial positive correlation.The spatial model regression results revealed that internal R&D expenditure of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises was the primary factor promoting the talent concentration in the local region.Educational resources had the most significant spillover effect on neighboring regions,and per capita GDP simultaneously promoted the talent concentration in both local and adjacent provinces.Conclusion:The talent concentration in China's pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is significantly influenced by geographical proximity.Regions should fully leverage the spatial spillover effects of talent concentration in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and utilize resources such as financial support,economic development,and education levels to promote the inter-provincial flow of pharmaceuti
