摘  要:目的:分析我国3省份三甲医院医师对乳腺癌病理切片AI辅助诊断技术的评价及其影响因素,为我国该技术的发展和临床应用提供决策依据。方法:对上海、湖北和甘肃9所公立医院诊疗乳腺癌的临床与医技科室的所有医师进行问卷调查,采用t检验、F检验和logistic回归分析,比较医师对技术有效性、安全性、经济性和推广应用等方面的评价差异以及影响因素。结果:与医师传统读片相比,医师对乳腺癌病理切片AI辅助诊断技术的总体有效性、安全性、经济性和值得推广性的评分均值分别为3.43分、3.39分、3.40分和3.50分;地区、医院类型和科室影响医师对技术的评价。结论:三甲医院医师对乳腺癌病理切片AI辅助诊断技术的有效性、安全性、经济性和推广应用性等方面的评价总体较高,我国可通过建立高质量的公共数据库、保障患者隐私与数据信息安全等举措推动乳腺癌病理切片AI辅助诊断技术的临床应用和发展。Objective:To analyze physicians'assessment and influencing factors of AI-assisted diagnostic technology for breast cancer pathological slices in tertiary hospitals in three provinces in China,so as to provide decision-making basis for the development and clinical application of this technology in China.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among physicians in the clinical and medical technology departments of 9 public hospitals in Shanghai,Hubei Province,and Gansu Province.t-tests,F-tests,and logistic regression analysis were employed to compare physicians'assessment of the technology's effectiveness,safety,economy,and promotion,as well as the influencing factors.Results:In comparison to traditional image interpretation by physicians,the overall mean scores for the effectiveness,safety,economy,and general applicability of this technology were 3.43,3.39,3.40,and 3.50,respectively.Region,hospital type,and department significantly influenced physicians'assessment.Conclusion:Physicians in tertiary hospitals have a relatively high assessment of the effectiveness,safety,economy,and general applicability of AI-assisted diagnostic technology for breast cancer pathological slices.China could promote the clinical application and development of this technology by taking measures such as establishing high-quality public databases,ensuring the security of patients'privacy and data information.
