摘　　要：高校在创新创业人才培养过程中,不仅要重视知识的传授,更要重视文化育人。我国高校创新创业文化育人成效不佳,主要存在功利化倾向明显、工具化趋势显现、山寨现象泛滥等问题。这些问题的出现,既与社会转型、教育改革等外部因素有关,又与高校自身对文化建设的认识密切相关。因此,高校应将社会主义核心价值观融入大学精神的培养,充分引导和发挥“05后”大学生的主体作用,研究借鉴国内外优秀创新创业教育成果,不断丰富和创新育人载体,培养优良的创新创业文化,以提升文化育人成效。Colleges and universities should not only focus on imparting knowledge,but also on cultural education in the process of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.However,the result of talents-cultivating by innovative and entrepreneurial culture in our country is unsatisfactory,which is led by several problems such as an obvious utilitarian and pragmatic tendency,the popular copycat phenomenon and so on.The appearance of these phenomena is not only related to the external factors such as social transformation,educational reform and so on,but also depends on their own understanding of cultural construction.Therefore,colleges and universities should incorporate the core socialist values into the cultivation of university spirit,fully guide and give full play to the main role of"post-05"college students,study and draw on excellent innovation and entrepreneurship education achievements at home and abroad,continuously enrich and innovate education carriers,cultivate excellent innovation and entrepreneurship culture,and enhance the effectiveness of cultural education.
