摘　　要：课程思政是高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键举措,高校教师党支部是课程思政建设的重要阵地,对做好高校党建与课程思政建设的融合工作具有重要的价值意蕴。当前高校党建与课程思政的融合普遍存在党建与业务“两张皮”、开展落实互为“平行线”等问题。通过分析高校教师党支部党建与课程思政融合的重要意义,指出高校教师党支部党建与课程思政融合遇到的现实困境,并以全国党建工作样板支部——河北软件职业技术学院公共课教学部直属党支部为例介绍党建与课程思政互融互促的具体做法。Curriculum ideology and politics is a crucial measure for colleges to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education.The Party branch of college teachers holds a pivotal position in the ideological and political construction of curricula.It is of significant value to effectively integrate party building with curriculum ideological and political construction.Currently,the integration of party building and curriculum ideology and politics in colleges and universities often faces issues such as the"two skins"phenomenon,where party building activities and curriculum implementation seem disconnected,and the"parallel lines"issue,where mutual implementation fails to intersect.By analyzing the significance of integrating party building with curriculum ideological and political integration within university teachers'Party branches,this paper identifies the practical challenges encountered in this integration process.Finally,it presents the specific practices of mutual promotion between party building and curriculum ideological and political integration,using the provincial model branch-the public course teaching department of Hebei Software Institute,which falls directly under the Party branch,as an illustrative example.
