摘  要:随着现代战争对装备性能要求的日益提高和研制周期的不断缩短,迅速制定性能卓越的总体设计方案已成为火炮研制领域的一大挑战。本文基于RecurDyn求解器,开发了一款火炮总体敏捷设计工具IAOD。该工具通过参数化方法构建火炮动力学仿真模型,并融合机器学习、参数辨识、代理模型技术与多级优化算法,同时对多对象进行多目标协同优化,提升了大口径自行火炮的仿真及设计效率,可满足现代战争对火炮装备远程化、轻量化、智能化的性能需求,实现火炮设计方案的快速评估与综合优化。With the escalating demand for equipment performance and the ever-shortening development cycles in modern warfare,devising a high-performance overall design plan swiftly has emerged as a significant challenge in the field of artillery development.To tackle this challenge,this paper introduces an artillery overall agile design tool,IAOD,leveraging the RecurDyn solver.This tool employs parametric methods to construct a dynamic simulation model of artillery,integrating machine learning,parameter identification,surrogate model technology,and multi-level optimization algorithms.It enables simultaneous multi-objective collaborative optimization across multiple objects,thereby enhancing the simulation and design efficiency of large-caliber self-propelled artillery.IAOD meets the performance demands of modern warfare for remote,lightweight,and intelligent artillery equipment,facilitating rapid evaluation and comprehensive optimization of artillery design schemes.
