摘  要:针对平菇三次发酵堆肥试验,设计了可移动方舱发酵隧道和环境控制系统。设计基于PLC、上位机为一体的环境控制系统,首先基于专家经验实施系统控制,然后根据反馈值和设置值之间的差值和差值变化率,设计PID控制回路,最后设计上位机系统,实现数据的存储、远程操控。使用结果表明,该系统满足平菇发酵料发酵的需求,温度误差控制在±1.5℃,在整个生产期间实现了以1.0~1.5℃/h的速度控制升温。A mobile shelter fermentation tunnel and environmental control system were designed for the three times fermentation composting experiment of Pleurotus ostreatus.Design based on PLC,host computer as one of the environmental control system,first based on expert experience to implement system control,and then according to the difference between the feedback value and the set value and the difference rate of change,design PID control loop,and finally design the host computer system to achieve data storage and remote control.The results showed that the system could meet the demand of Pleurotus ostreatus fermentation,the temperature error is controlled within±1.5℃,and the temperature rise was controlled at 1.0~1.5℃/h during the whole production period.
