布渣叶色度值与整体性评价的相关性分析

摘  要:目的 用灰色关联度法和熵权法-TOPSIS评价类算法模型(TOPSIS法),探究布渣叶的多元指标质量差异。方法 采用超高效液相色谱测定18批布渣叶中牡荆苷、异牡荆苷、水仙苷和山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷的质量分数,测定饮片的色度值,通过灰色关联度法计算与指标质量分数的相关性。以ABTS和DPPH自由基清除率作为体外抗氧化活性评价指标,借助熵权TOPSIS法构建质量指标的综合评价模型。结果 灰色关联度结果显示,对有效成分质量分数影响程度的色度值排序依次为a^(*)>L^(*)> E^(*)ab>b^(*),当布渣叶药材接近绿偏棕色时,即色度值a^(*)处于负值并接近0时,其牡荆苷、异牡荆苷与山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷质量分数均处于较高水平。抗氧化结果显示,布渣叶颜色偏棕色时,抗氧化活性较低。熵权TOPSIS法排序结果显示,布渣叶颜色在处于绿色与棕色之间时,综合评价较优。结论通过颜色变化为布渣叶多元质量指标的整体性评价提供一定的试验依据和参考思路。Objective To differentiate the multiple-index quality between the Microcos paniculata by means of entropy-weight TOPSIS model and grey relation analysis.Methods Ultra high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the contents of vitexin,isovitexin,daffoside and kaempferol 3-O-rutin in 18 batches of M.paniculata.The colorimetric value of the slices was determined.The correlation between the contents and the chroma values was calculated by grey correlation method.ABTS and DPPH free radical clearance were used as indexes to evaluate antioxidant activity in vitro,and a comprehensive evaluation model of quality index was established by entropy weight TOPSIS method.Results The results of grey correlation degree showed that the colorimetric values affecting the content of active ingredients were a^(*)>L^(*)>E^(*)ab>b^(*),and the contents of vitexin,isovitexin and kaempferol 3-O-rutin were at a higher level when the color of M.paniculata medicinal herb approached green to brown,that was,when the chroma value a^(*)was negative and close to 0.The antioxidant results showed that the antioxidant activity was lower when the color of M.paniculata was brown.The results of TOPSIS model with entropy weight showed that the quality of M.paniculata was better when the color of the leaves was between green and brown.Conclusion The color change can provide a certain experimental basis and reference idea for the overall evaluation of the multiple quality indexes of M.paniculata.
