摘  要:我国定向培养的乡村小学全科教师已陆续进入乡村工作岗位。有别于普通小学教师,乡村小学全科教师入职适应性有其特殊性。以汕头市乡村小学全科教师为对象,通过问卷调查与访谈,全面分析该群体在职业环境、职业技能、职业社交、职业心理的适应情况,剖析存在的问题,深入探讨影响乡村小学全科教师入职适应的关键因素,主要包括环境因素、自身因素、职前教育、入职支持,最终提出提升乡村小学全科教师入职适应性的针对性策略。The pre-employed general teachers for rural primary schools in China have gradually been employed by rural primary schools.Distinct from traditional primary school teachers,the job adaptability of these general teachers bears its own unique characteristics.Taking the general teachers for rural primary schools in Shantou City as the research subjects,this study comprehensively analyzes their job adaptability through questionnaire surveys and interviews,focusing on dimensions such as professional environment,professional skills,occupational socializing,and occupational psychology,and analyzes the existing problems.Further,it delves into the critical factors influencing the job adaptability of these teachers from the perspectives of professional environment,individual factors,pre-service training,and on-board support.Ultimately,the study proposes targeted strategies to enhance the job adaptability of generalist teachers for rural primary schools.
