MnO_(2)着色剂对Zn_(2)SiO_(4)结晶釉析晶动力学的影响

摘  要:采用TG-DSC、XRD、SEM、色度仪分析了Zn_(2)SiO_(4)结晶釉的性能及显微结构,研究了MnO_(2)着色剂对Zn_(2)SiO_(4)结晶釉析晶动力学的影响。结果表明:无着色剂Zn_(2)SiO_(4)结晶釉的析晶活化能为266.91 kJ·mol^(-1)。添加2%、4%、6%、8%MnO_(2)的析晶活化能分别为269.54 k J·mol^(-1)、560.05 k J·mol^(-1)、293.53 kJ·mol^(-1)、303.90 k J·mol^(-1)。添加少量的MnO_(2)会增加其析晶活化能,但是随着MnO_(2)的增多,析晶活化能降低。随着MnO_(2)的增加,会引起结晶釉明亮度的降低,红黄色逐渐加深。This study analyzes the performance and microstructure of Zn_(2)SiO_(4) crystalline glaze using TG-DSC,XRD,SEM and colorimeter testing methods,investigating the effect of MnO_(2) colorant on the crystallization kinetics of Zn_(2)SiO_(4) crystal glaze.The results show that the crystallization activation energy of the colorantfree Zn_(2)SiO_(4) crystalline glaze is 266.91 kJ/mol.The crystallization activation energies of 2%,4%,6%and 8%MnO_(2) are 269.54,560.05,293.53 and 303.90 kJ/mol,respectively.Adding a small amount of MnO_(2) will increase its crystallization activation energy;however,as the amount of MnO_(2) increases,the crystallization activation energy decreases.With the increase of MnO_(2),the brightness of the crystalline glaze decreases,and the reddish yellow color deepens gradually.
