TRIB3在结直肠癌伴2型糖尿病肿瘤组织中表达与临床病理特征的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析Tribbles同源蛋白3(TRIB3)在结直肠癌伴2型糖尿病(T2DM)肿瘤组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月结直肠癌患者84例,根据是否伴T2DM,分为无T2DM组(42例)与合并T2DM组(42例)。采用免疫组织化学技术对两组患者癌组织进行TRIB3蛋白表达水平检测。对所有患者进行随访,记录总生存期(OS),Kaplan-Meier法构建生存曲线。结果合并T2DM组TRIB3的阳性表达率高于无T2DM组。TRIB3的阳性表达与合并T2DM组中患者的肿瘤-节点-转移(TNM)分期及肿瘤细胞分化程度紧密相关(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,TRIB3阳性表达患者死亡率明显高于TRIB3阴性表达患者(5.88%VS.48.00%,P=0.020)。结论TRIB3在结直肠癌合并T2DM患者中表达较高,且与TNM分期和分化程度密切相关,有望成为结直肠癌合并T2DM患者新的监测指标和治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of Tribbles homologous protein 3(TRIB3)in colorectal cancer tissues with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods 84 patients with colorectal cancer from Huzhou Central Hospital from January 1,2017 to December 31,2018 were selected and divided into a non complication group(42 cases)and a combined T2DM group(42 cases)based on the presence or absence of other comorbidities.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression level of TRIB3 protein in cancer tissues of two groups of patients.Through comparative analysis,all patients were followed up and the overall survival(OS)was recorded.Kaplan Meier method was used to construct survival curves.Results The positive expression rate of TRIB3 in the T2DM group was significantly higher than that in the non concurrent group.The positive expression of TRIB3 was closely related to the tumor node metastasis(TNM)staging and tumor cell differentiation degree in patients with T2DM(P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the mortality rate of TRIB3 positive patients was significantly higher than that of TRIB3negative patients(5.88%VS.48.00%,P=0.020).Conclusion TRIB3 is more highly expressed in patients with colorectal cancer and concurrent T2DM than in patients with only colorectal cancer and is closely associated with TNM staging and the degree of differentiation.TRIB3 holds promise as a new monitoring marker and therapeutic target for patients with colorectal cancer and concurrent T2DM.
