摘 要:目的 探讨经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)对食管癌患者术后喂养不耐受的影响。方法 接受食管癌根治手术的患者102例,随机分为TEAS组(观察组)51例和对照组51例。对照组患者围术期接受加速康复外科理念标准化管理。观察组患者在对照组基础上使用经皮电刺激足三里、三阴交。术后1~7 d予2/100 Hz疏密波,强度以患者能耐受为度(5~10 mA),60 min/次,1次/d。比较两组患者首次排气和排便时间、喂养不耐受发生率、BMI变化以及住院时间。结果 与对照组相比,观察组首次排气和排便时间缩短,喂养不耐受发生率低,BMI变化少(P<0.05)。结论 TEAS能促进食管癌手术后患者胃肠功能障碍的恢复,利于早期康复,提高生活质量。Objective To investigated the effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on postoperative feeding intolerance in oesophageal cancer patients.Methods One hundred and two patients who underwent radical surgery for oesophageal cancer in a tertiary-level A-class specialised oncology hospital in Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into 51 cases in the transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation group(the observation group)and 51 cases in the control group.Patients in the control group received standardised management of accelerated rehabilitation surgical concepts during the perioperative period.The patients in the observation group used transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation of the foot Sanli and Sanyinjiao on the basis of the control group.Sparse and dense waves of 2/100 Hz were given,with an intensity as tolerated by the patients(5 mA~10 mA),for 60 min each time,once a day,from the first postoperative day to the seventh postoperative day.The patients were compared in terms of time to first gas and bowel movement,incidence of feeding intolerance,change in body mass index(BMI),and number of days in hospital.Results Compared to the control group,the observation group had a shorter time to first gas and bowel movement,a lower incidence of feeding intolerance,and less change in BMI(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation promotes the recovery of gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients after oesophageal cancer surgery,facilitates early recovery and improves the quality of life.
