数字化成像快速胃肠造影在胃肠道疾病患者检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨胃肠道疾病患者应用数字化成像快速胃肠造影与普通胃肠造影检查的价值。方法:选取2023年3月~2024年3月本院接诊的胃肠道疾病患者105例,全部患者均接受数字化成像胃肠造影检查(试验组)、普通胃肠造影检查(对照组),对比两种检查方式下的检查图像质量、疾病显示情况、成像时间以及患者满意度。结果:与对照组比较,试验组图像质量优良率更高(P<0.05),试验组在微小病变、胃肠道疾病、早期消化道肿瘤显示率方面更高(P<0.05),试验组检查成像时间更短(t=26.314,P<0.05),试验组患者对检查方式的满意程度更高(χ^(2)=27.097,P<0.05)。结论:数字化成像快速胃肠造影在胃肠道疾病检查中能够快速成像,且具有快速储存、连续摄取图像的优势,成像时间短,图像质量高,对于胃肠道疾病具有较高的显示率,患者较为青睐。Objective:To evaluate the value of rapid gastrointestinal angiography with digital imaging and conventional gastrointestinal angiography in patients with gastrointestinal diseases.Methods:A total of 105 patients with gastrointestinal diseases admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected.All patients received digital imaging gastrointestinal angiography(experimental group)and ordinary gastrointestinal angiography(control group),and the image quality,disease display,imaging time and patient satisfaction under the two examination methods were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a higher rate of excellent image quality(P<0.05),and the experimental group had a higher display rate of minor lesions,gastrointestinal diseases and early gastrointestinal tumors(P<0.05).The experimental group had a shorter imaging time(t=26.314,P<0.05),and the experimental group had a higher satisfaction with the examination method(χ^(2)=27.097,P<0.05).Conclusion:Digital imaging rapid gastrointestinal angiography can provide rapid imaging in the examination of gastrointestinal diseases,and has the advantages of rapid storage and continuous image intake,short imaging time and high image quality,and has a high display rate for gastrointestinal diseases,which is preferred by patients.
