摘  要:青少年构成了我国乒乓球运动后备人才梯队的关键部分。乒乓球运动体能不仅会影响青少年技战术训练的效果,还直接关系到其运动健康和运动寿命,进而对我国乒乓球运动的储备力量产生深远影响。鉴于青少年正处于体能发展的敏感阶段,其体能的提升在很大程度上取决于乒乓球训练方法的有效性和合理性。因此,该文主要围绕力量、速度、灵敏性、耐力、柔韧性等方面,深入探讨青少年乒乓球训练的方法,以期充分利用青少年体能发展的敏感期,有效提升青少年乒乓球运动员的体能水平,为青少年的运动健康、技能发展奠定坚实基础。Adolescents constitute a key part of the reserve talent echelon of table tennis in China.Their table tennis physical fitness is not only related to the effect of technical and tactical training,but also directly related to sports health and sports life,thereby having a profound impact on the reserve strength of table tennis in China.Adolescents are in a sensitive period of physical development,and their physical fitness improvement largely depends on the effectiveness and rationality of table tennis training methods.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the strength,speed,sensitivity,endurance,flexibility and other aspects to explore the methods of adolescent table tennis training,hoping to fully grasp the sensitive period of adolescent physical development,effectively improve the physical fitness level of adolescent table tennis players,and lay the foundation for the sports health,skill development of adolescents in China.
