摘　　要：黑老虎是一种具有较高利用价值的药食两用植物资源。现代科学研究发现,黑老虎不同部位均所含一定量的木脂素类、三萜类、黄酮类和多酚类生物活性成分,具有较好的抗肿瘤、抗HIV、抗氧化、抗菌消炎和保肝护肝等作用。黑老虎成熟果籽中含有丰富的脂肪酸、氨基酸等成分,可用于植物油脂的加工和保健食品的开发利用。通过对黑老虎及其成熟果籽进行研究,介绍了黑老虎的产地、不同部位的主要成分及其药理作用,分析了黑老虎果籽的基本情况和黑老虎产品的开发概况,为科学开发利用黑老虎及其成熟果籽提供了方向。Kadsura coccinea is a medicinal and edible plant resource with high utilization value.Modern scientific research has found that different parts of Kadsura coccinea contain a certain amount of lignans,triterpenes,flavonoids,and polyphenols,which have good anti-tumor,anti-HIV,antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and liver protection effects.Kadsura coccinea mature seeds contain rich fatty acids,amino acids,and other components,which can be used for the processing of plant oils and the development and utilization of health foods.By studying the kadsura coccinea and its mature seeds,the origin,main components and pharmacological effects of different parts of the kadsura coccinea were introduced.The basic situation of Kadsura coccinea seeds and the development overview of Kadsura coccinea products were analyzed,providing direction for the scientific development and utilization of Kadsura coccinea and its mature seeds.
