摘  要:随着人工智能的发展和大数据时代的来临,丰富的网络资源为专业课程的学习带来了机遇,将丰富的网络资源融于专业课程教学,形成独特的混合式教学,能够为学习者提供更加灵活、便携的课程体系。从教学过程、教学内容及评价体系3个方面,将OMO模式超时空融合于“食品化学”专业课程的教学工作中,建立3个维度、3个层次的立体考核评价模式,完善适合OMO模式超时空教学的评价体系,有助于培养适合未来的高素质食品专业型人才。With the development of artificial intelligence and the advent of the big data era,abundant network resources have brought opportunities for the learning of professional courses.By integrating these resources into professional course teaching,a unique blended learning approach can be formed,which can provide learners with a more flexible and portable course system.This article aimed to integrate the OMO model into the teaching work of the Food Chemistry professional course from three aspects:teaching process,teaching content,and evaluation system.It established a three-dimensional and three-level,three-dimensional examination and evaluation model,improved the evaluation system suitable for the OMO model's super time and space teaching,and helps to cultivate high-quality food professionals suitable for the future.
