摘 要:基于江西农业工程职业学院目前学生培养现状和用人单位的现实需求,对农产品加工与检测专业的“食品分析与检测”课程开展了OBE教学模式改革,明确了学习目标,反向重构了学习内容。结果发现,以学生为中心、成果为导向、注重持续改进的OBE教育理念符合职业院校的教育教学规律,能够改善学生兴趣不高、教学内容与行业需求脱节、教学效果评价方法单一、学生基础参差不齐等弊端,教学效果得到显著提高。Based on cultivation status and realistic employer's demands of student in Jiangxi Agricultural Engineering Vocational College,OBE teaching model reform had been carried out in teaching of Food Analysis and Testing course,Learning objectives were clarified and learning content were reverse constructed.The results showed that the OBE education concept,which was student-centered,results oriented,and emphasized continuous improvement,conforms to the educational and teaching laws of vocational colleges,could improve the drawbacks of low interest of student,disconnection between teaching content and needs of industry,single evaluation methods of teaching effectiveness,and uneven student foundations,significant improvement effected after reform.
