摘　　要：加强国际传播能力建设,促进对外文化交流和多层次文明对话,是不断增强中华文明传播力和影响力,提升国家文化软实力的重要途径,也是推进文化自信自强,加快建设社会主义文化强国的必然要求。医学高校作为我国医学教育与科研成果对外宣传的重要载体,其国际传播工作对于全球健康传播具有重要意义。特别是在“一带一路”倡议的框架下,医学高校更需要强化国际传播能力,向共建国家的受众展示中国医学形象,讲述中国医学故事。文章以辽宁省医学高校为研究对象,通过文献综述和访谈研究,深入分析了“一带一路”建设对辽宁省医学高校国际传播的深远影响,提出了通过加强医学研究成果译介工作,构建“一带一路”国际医学教育联盟等平台及拓展和丰富传播方式,推动医学高校国际传播工作向纵深发展的对策建议。Strengthening international communication capabilities,promoting cultural exchanges and multi-level dialogue among civilizations is an important way to continuously enhance the communication capabilities and influence of Chinese civilization,and improve the national soft power.It is also an inevitable requirement to promote cultural confidence and self-improvement,and accelerate the construction of a socialist cultural power.As important platforms for communicating China’s medical education and research achievements to the outside world,the international communication work of medical universities is key to global health.In particular under the"Belt and Road"initiative,medical colleges and universities need to strengthen their international communication capabilities,showcase the image of Chinese medicine and tell the story of Chinese medicine to the co-construction countries.In this context,the paper analyzes the profound impact of the"Belt and Road"on the international communication of medical colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,and puts forward suggestions in terms of strengthening medical academic translation work,building the"Belt and Road"international medical education alliance and other platforms to expand and enrich communication channels.
