摘  要:配置Nano-TiO_(2)、GEL与CS复合液,将复合液分别制成复合膜及棉织物的涂层,对复合膜的分子结构、热失重、水溶、吸水性能及涂层织物的质量增重率、断裂强力、防紫外线及脱色性能进行表征,分析Nano-TiO_(2)/GEL/CS复合液涂层棉织物开发功能棉织物的可行性。研究表明,Nano-TiO_(2)、GEL与CS复合膜各相之间具有较好的相容性、均一性及较强氢键作用力,形成了网格结构。Nano-TiO_(2)加入后,复合膜的热失重性能得到改善;随着Nano-TiO_(2)含量的增加,复合膜的水溶性及涂层织物的质量增重率、断裂强力、防紫外线性能及脱色率均呈现快速上升后趋于平缓的趋势,吸水率逐渐下降。因此,当Nano-TiO_(2)含量在3%~4%范围内时,复合膜的综合性能较好,最佳光催化脱色时间为120 min,脱色率可达80%,利用Nano-TiO_(2)/GEL/CS复合液涂层棉织物开发功能棉织物具有可行性。Nano-TiO_(2),GEL,and CS composite liquid were prepared into composite membranes and cotton fabrics were coated by Nano-TiO_(2)/GEL/CS liquid.The properties of molecular structure,thermal weight loss,water solubility,water absorption of Nano-TiO_(2)/GEL/CS composite membranes and the properties of mass gain rate,breaking strength,UV protection and decolorization of coated cotton fabrics were characterized to investigate the feasibility of developing functional cotton fabrics by coating cotton fabrics with Nano-TiO_(2)/GEL/CS composite liquid.The results showed that Nano-TiO_(2),GEL and CS composite films had good compatibility,homogeneity and strong hydrogen bonding force and form a grid structure.The thermogravimetric performance of the composite film was improved by the addition of Nano-TiO_(2).The water solubility of the composite film and the mass gain rate,breaking strength,UV protection property and decolorization rate of the coated fabric all were increased rapidly with the increasing of Nano-TiO_(2)and then tended to be stable,while the water absorption rate of the composite film was decreased with the increasing of Nano-TiO_(2).Comprehensive analysis believed that the content of Nano-TiO_(2)in the composite film was 3%~4%,the optimal photocatalytic decolorization time was 120 min,and the decolorization rate could reach 80%.So it was feasible to develop functional cotton fabric using Nano-TiO_(2)/GEL/CS composite liquid to coat cotton fabric.
