摘  要:人性论是荀子政治思想的根基,“性朴欲恶心虑论”是荀子人性论的题中应有之义。自然状态中的人们因为“欲恶”而导致“相亡”的后果,圣人“恶其乱”而带领人们走向有序的社会状态,由此圣人政治合法性的根基得以确立。隆礼重法和劝学致善是荀子政治思想中的两条纲要。人生而有欲,因此,圣人要通过隆礼重法的方式,保证社会秩序的稳定运行;性朴而非性恶,而且心具有“虑”和“习”的能力,所以圣人希望人们通过学习的方式来提高自身的道德素养。重视外在礼法约束的同时,注重人格的自我提升是荀子政治思想的一大理论特色。The theory of human nature serves as is the foundation of xunzi's political thought,and"the theory of XingPu,Yu'E,and XinLv"should be included in xunzi's theory of human nature.In the natural state,people suffer from the consequences of"mutual destruction"due to their inclination towards evil desires;however,saints lead individuals towards an orderly social state by"hating their chaos",thus establishing the foundation of the political legitimacy of saints.The two outlines of xunzi's political ideology are the emphasis on Li and Fa,and the encouragement of learning to achieve goodness.People are born with desires,so saints ensure the stable operation of social order through the method of LongLi and ZhongFa;Xing is Pu rather than evil,and the heart has the ability to reflection and learning.Therefore,sages hope that people can enhance their moral literacy through education.One of the major theoretical characteristics of xunzi's political thought is to attach importance to the external constraints of Li and Fa,while also emphasizing the self-improvement of personality.
