“6S”管理法在手术室物品仪器管理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析手术室物品仪器的管理过程中应用“6S”管理法的效果,归纳总结出可提升物品仪器管理水平的有效管理方法,为手术治疗效果的提升奠定基础。方法:选择2022年1月~2024年1月手术室管理的工作人员22例为研究对象,采用常规管理方法进行物品仪器管理的11例工作人员为对照组,实施“6S”管理法进行手术室物品仪器管理的11例工作人员作为观察组。结果:观察组手术室管理的优良率相对较高,并且该组手术室工作人员的管理质量、管理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论:“6S”管理法在手术室物品仪器管理中的应用效果较为确切,可以提高相关物品仪器的管理质量,有效规避不良事件发生。Objective:The purpose of this investigation is to analyze the effect of applying 6S management method in the management process of articles and instruments in the operating room,and summarize the effective management methods that can improve the management level of articles and instruments,and lay the foundation for the improvement of surgical treatment effect.Methods:In this study,22 cases of staff managed in the operating room from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,11 cases of staff managed by conventional management methods were selected as the control group,11 cases of staff managed by 6S management method were selected as the observation group.Results:The excellent and good rate of operating room management in the observation group was relatively high,and the management quality and management satisfaction of the operating room staff in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of 6S management method in the management of articles and instruments in the operating room is more accurate,which can improve the management quality of related articles and instruments and effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse events.
