摘 要:随着预制菜产业的快速发展,信息披露不充分、消费者权益保障不足等问题逐渐显现。本文分析了现行法律框架中对预制菜的监管空白,尤其是餐饮行业未明确告知消费者菜品是否为预制菜的情况。针对这一问题,建议通过加强信息溯源、完善相关法律法规、强化监管体系,并建立多元化的维权机制,以有效维护消费者的知情权。With the rapid development of the prepared dishes industry,problems such as insufficient information disclosure and insufficient protection of consumer rights have gradually emerged.this article analyzes the regulatory gaps in the current legal framework for prepared dishes,especially the situation in which the catering industry does not clearly inform consumers whether a dish is prepared.In response to this problem,it is recommended to strengthen information traceability,improve relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the regulatory system,and establish a diversified rights protection mechanism to effectively protect consumers’right to know.
