摘　　要：粮食与农产品质量管理是保障食品安全的关键环节。本文针对监管协调不足、技术能力薄弱、风险预警体系滞后等问题,提出构建高效监管体制、升级检测技术、完善评估模型、推动企业自律和公众参与的策略,以构建科学高效的质量管理体系,全面提升粮食与农产品安全水平。The quality management of food and agricultural products is the key link to ensure food safety.In view of the problems such as insufficient supervision coordination,weak technical capability,and lagging risk early warning system,this paper proposes the strategies of building an efficient supervision system,upgrading detection technology,improving evaluation models,promoting enterprise self-discipline and public participation,so as to build a scientific and efficient quality management system and comprehensively improve the safety level of food and agricultural products.
