摘　　要：食品安全监督抽检作为监管体系的重要一环,在保障食品安全、维护公众健康方面发挥着积极作用。纵观食品安全监管实践,抽检已成为监管部门摸清食品安全状况、评估食品安全风险、发现问题隐患、打击违法违规行为的有力抓手。然而,面对新时期食品安全治理的新形势和新挑战,抽检机制仍需进一步完善创新,以充分发挥其应有的作用。本文探讨食品安全监督抽检在食品监管中的作用,并提出加强食品安全监督抽检的建议,以期为食品安全监管提供新思路。As an important part of the regulatory system,food safety supervision and sampling play an active role in ensuring food safety and safeguarding public health.Throughout the practice of food safety supervision,sampling inspection has become a powerful starting point for regulatory departments to find out the food safety status,assess food safety risks,find hidden dangers,and crack down on violations of laws and regulations.However,in the face of the new situation and new challenges of food safety governance in the new era,the sampling mechanism still needs to be further improved and innovated to give full play to its due role.This paper discusses the role of food safety supervision and sampling in food supervision,and puts forward suggestions for strengthening food safety supervision and sampling,in order to provide new ideas for food safety supervision.
