摘  要:“输送和仓储技术”是上海电机学院中德合作物流管理专业的一门专业基础核心课程,由中德双方教师合作授课。在面向5届学生授课的过程中,双方在教学合作中不断交流探讨适合中德合作专业定位的课程教学内容、教学方法与考核方法,组建中德跨学科教学团队,基于工作过程导向开发系列教学案例,借鉴德国教学模式,形成以学生能力评价为目标的考核方式,建设工业4.0实验室,以智能制造产线物流为基础开发系列实验,将理论教学与车间物流工作过程相对接,提升了学生面向智能制造车间的物流方案设计与实务能力。“Conveying and Warehousing Technology”is a fundamental core course of the Sino German Cooperative Logistics Management program at Shanghai Dianji University.It is taught jointly by teachers from both China and Germany.During the teaching process of the five grades of students,both parties continuously exchange and explore the teaching content,methods,and assessment methods suitable for the Sino German cooperative major positioning,and form a Sino German interdisciplinary teaching team.Based on the work process oriented development of a series of teaching cases and drawing inspiration from the German teaching model,an assessment method aimed at student ability evaluation has been formed.An Industry 4.0 laboratory has been built,and a series of experiments have been developed based on intelligent manufacturing production line logistics.Theoretical teaching is linked to the workshop logistics work process,improving the logistics scheme design and practical ability for intelligent manufacturing workshops.
