探究课程思政在“色谱分析实验”教学中的实践应用

摘　　要：“色谱分析实验”是化学、化工、生化、医药等多个专业方向的重要必修课程。将课程思政融入“色谱分析实验”教学中,对实现“教书”与“育人”的有机统一具有重要意义。通过探讨在“色谱分析实验”课程中引入思政元素的相关实践与探索,分析思想政治教育元素在课程中的融入点,阐明了思政元素的引入对于该课程发展的重要性。以课程思政为导向进行实验技能传授,在实现全方位育人的同时,对促进学科建设与教学改革也具有重要意义。Chromatography analysis is a crucial compulsory course in multiple fields such as chemistry,chemical engineering,biochemistry,and medicine.Chromatography experiments are the most widely used analysis and separation methods for identifying the composition of substances.Integrating ideological and political education into the teaching of chromatography experiments is of great significance in achieving the organic integration of“teaching”and“education”.This article explores the relevant practices and researches of introducing ideological and political elements into chromatography experiment teaching,analyses the integration points of ideological and political elements in teaching,and clarifies the importance of introducing ideological and political elements into teaching for the development of teaching.The teaching of experimental skills guided by curriculum ideology and politics is of great significance in promoting the construction of the subject and in achieving comprehensive education.
