摘　　要：后勤部门是为学校的教育教学和科研工作服务的重要部门,尤其是在高校改革不断深入的当下,后勤部门对于高校正常运行起到了重要的保障性作用。为了提高后勤工作效率,提高后勤职工思想觉悟,构建高校“大思政”体系,高校应该在后勤工作中积极渗透思想政治教育。为此,从现阶段高校对后勤工作的要求入手,简要分析思想政治教育在高校后勤工作中的重要性以及现阶段高校后勤思想政治教育工作的特点,探讨高校后勤思想政治教育工作面临的挑战,并从六个方面对高校后勤工作中开展思想政治教育工作的策略展开探究,以供参考。Logistics department is an important section serving the education,teaching and scientific research work of the university.Especially in the deepening of the reform of colleges and universities,the logistics department plays an important role in guaranteeing the normal operation of colleges and universities.In order to improve the efficiency of logistics work and the ideological consciousness of logistics workers,and build the system of“great ideology and politics”in colleges and universities,they should actively diffuse ideological and political education in logistics work.To this end,the article,from the perspective of the demand for logistics in colleges,briefly analyzed the importance of ideological and political education in university logistics work,and the characteristics of the ideological and political education work of logistics of colleges and universities,discussed the challenges for logistics department to carry out ideological and political education and explored the strategies from six aspects.They will provide some reference for this field.
