摘 要:目的:建立气相色谱法测定蔬菜中5种农药残留量的分析方法。方法:蔬菜试样加入乙腈均质提取,过滤除去试样残渣,用饱和食盐水萃取,经弗罗里矽柱净化后通过毛细管色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器测定,色谱峰外标法定量。结果:5种农药在0.01~0.20μg·mL^(-1)线性良好,检出限为0.0003~0.0020 mg·kg^(-1),平均回收率为81.3%~115.5%,相对标准偏差为2.21%~4.80%。结论:该方法可用于蔬菜中5种农药残留量的批量检测。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 5 pesticide residues in vegetables by gas chromatography.Method:Vegetable samples were homogenized with acetonitrile,filtered to remove the residue,extracted with saturated salt water,purified by Florimetric silicon column,separated by capillary chromatographic column,determined by electron capture detector,and quantified by external peak standard method.Result:The linearity of the five pesticides was good in the range of 0.01~0.20μg·mL^(-1),the detection limits were 0.0003~0.0020 mg·kg^(-1),the average recoveries were 81.3%~115.5%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.21%~4.80%.Conclusion:The method can be used for the batch determination of 5 organochlorine and pyrethroid residues in vegetables.
