高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中5种添加剂的方法探究

摘  要:本文旨在开发一种高效液相色谱方法,用于同时测定食品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、糖精钠、山梨酸和脱氢乙酸的含量。样品经过超声、沉淀、离心等操作,使用C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)分离;流速设定为1 mL·min^(-1),流动相为乙酸铵溶液(20 mmol·L^(-1))+甲醇=90+10;柱温保持30℃,波长设定为230 nm,进样量为10μL进行测定。结果表明,5种添加剂在0~100 mg·L^(-1)时,线性关系良好,样品的加标回收率为90.3%~106.4%,相对标准偏差为0.24%~4.84%。结果满足《实验室质量控制规范食品理化检测》(GB/T 27404—2008)的规定,该方法可以在实验室中推广应用。This paper aims to develop a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of acesulfame potassium,benzoic acid,sodium saccharin,sorbic acid,and dehydroacetic acid in food.samples.The samples were treated with ultrasonic,precipitation,and centrifugation operations,and were then analyzed using a C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with a flow rate set at 1 mL·min^(-1).The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of ammonium acetate solution(20 mmol·L^(-1))and in a ratio of 10 and 90.The column temperature was maintained at 30℃,the wavelength was set at 230 nm,and the injection volume for analysis was 10μL.The results showed that the five additives had good linear relationships in the concentration range from 0 mg·L^(-1) to 100 mg·L^(-1).The recovery rates of the samples ranged from 90.3%to 106.4%,and the relative standard deviations were between 0.24%and 4.84%.The results meet the requirements of the GB/T 27404—2008.This method can be promoted and applied in laboratories.
