摘　　要：炎症性肠病(IBD)是一类慢性、复发性肠道炎性疾病,具有病程反复、迁延不愈、家族聚集性等特点。目前IBD的发病机制尚不明确,治疗药物单一且无法长期服用。静脉注射人免疫球蛋白(IVIG)作为抗炎和免疫调节剂对IBD有显著治疗效果,临床上常作为难治性IBD的治疗药物,但其对IBD的作用机制尚不明确。本文就IVIG的作用机制及IVIG在IBD治疗中的作用及机制进行综述,以期为IBD的治疗提供新的方向。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a category of chronic and recurrent inflammatory diseases affecting the intestinal tract,characterized by repeated course,prolonged duration,and familial aggregation.At present,the pathogenesis of IBD has not been clarified,and the therapeutic drugs are single and cannot be taken for a long period.Human immunoglobulin for intravenous injection(IVIG),as an anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory agent,has significant efficacy in the treatment of IBD.It is often used clinically as a therapy for refractory IBD,but its mechanism of action in IBD remains unclear.This article reviews the mechanism of action of IVIG and its role and mechanism in the treatment of IBD,in order to provide new directions for the treatment of IBD.
