摘 要:深化新时代教育评价改革强调要突出学生综合素质评价的实施,而明晰实施过程中评价主体的偏好对中学生综合素质评价效果的影响具有重要的实践意义。文章基于行为经济学的分析框架,将行为决策理论和偏好的微观结构引入对学生综合素质评价效果的研究。利用北京市九个区4292名初中和高一学生的问卷调查数据,采用逐步回归分析的方法,并结合中介效应分析,探索评价主体的偏好如何影响中学生综合素质评价的效果。研究发现:学生自身的偏好对中学生综合素质评价的效果有显著且较强的正向影响;同伴的成绩偏好对中学生综合素质评价的效果没有显著影响;教师的成绩偏好对中学生综合素质评价的效果有较弱的负向影响;家长的成绩偏好虽没有直接影响中学生综合素质评价的效果,但对学生的综合素质评价参与有较弱的负向作用。建议促进学生在综评制度建设中的参与、深化“双减”政策的落实、引导教师转向全面发展质量观、有效落实家校结合的育人策略。Deepening the reform of educational evaluation in the new era emphasizes on the implementation of stu-dents'comprehensive quality evaluation,and it has important practical significance to clarify the influence of the evalu-ation subject's preference on the comprehensive quality evaluation effect of middle school students.This study based on the analysis framework of behavioral economics,the theory of behavioral decision and the microstructure of preference are introduced into the study of the evaluation effect of students'comprehensive quality.Based on the questionnaire survey data of 4292 middle school students and senior one students in nine districts of Beijing,this paper adopts the method of step-by-step regression analysis combined with the analysis of mediating effect to explore how the preference of evaluation subjects affects the effect of comprehensive quality evaluation of middle school students.The findings are as follows:Stu-dents'preference has a significant and strong positive impact on the comprehensive quality evaluation of middle school students;The peers'grade preference has no significant effect on the comprehensive quality evaluation of middle school students;The teachers'grade preference has a weak negative influence on the comprehensive quality evaluation of middle school students;Parents'grade preference does not directly affect the effect of middle school students'comprehensive quality evaluation,but has a weak negative effect on students'comprehensive quality evaluation participation.It is sug-gested to promote the participation of students in the construction of the comprehensive assessment system,deepen the im-plementation of the"double reduction"policy,guide teachers to develop the quality concept in an all-round way,and ef-fectively implement the education strategy of combining family and school.
