摘　　要：目的探讨淮北市托幼机构保健员儿童眼保健及近视防控知识培训的效果。方法采用整群抽样方法,选取2023年淮北市托幼机构保健员,对其进行儿童眼保健知识培训,培训前后分别进行自制问卷调查,分析培训前后培训内容、培训效果及培训满意度等。结果共纳入托幼机构保健员188名,其中男5名,女183名,年龄23~55岁,平均(43.3±8.7)岁。学历以大专为主(44.2%),人员构成以幼儿教师为主(55.3%),专兼职以兼职为主(79.3%)。55.8%的学员认为既往培训实践不足,53.7%的学员认为以往培训获得儿童眼保健知识在实践中可用性不强。通过此次培训,儿童眼保健知识得分≥80分的占比从40.4%提升到60.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。82.4%的学员对培训效果非常满意,83.5%的学员非常愿意继续接受类似培训。结论淮北市托幼机构保健员儿童眼保健培训效果较为显著,保健员儿童眼保健知识水平显著提高,保健员满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of knowledge training on children's eye care and myopia prevention for health workers in child care institutions in Huaibei.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to conduct the training sessions on eye care in the child care institutions in Huaibei in 2023.Self-administered questionnaires were used before and after the training to analyze the training content,training effect,and training satisfaction.The health workers from child care institutions in Huaibei in 2023 were selected by cluster sampling,and were trained on children's eye care knowledge.The training content,training effect and training satisfaction were analyzed by self-made questionnaires before and after the training.Results A total of 188 health workers were enrolled in child care institutions,including five males and 183 females,aged from 23 to 55,with an average of(43.3±8.7)years.A total of 44.2%of the health workers had a college degree,55.3%were preschool teachers,and 79.3%were part-time.A total of 55.8%of the trainees considered that the previous training practice was insufficient,and 53.7%of the trainees considered that the knowledge of children's eye care acquired by previous training was not practical.Through this training,the proportion of children's eye care knowledge score≥80 increased from 40.4%to 60.6%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 82.4%of the trainees were very satisfied with the training effect,and 83.5%of the trainees were very willing to continue to receive similar training.Conclusions The training effect of children's eye care for health workers in child care institutions in Huaibei is remarkable.The knowledge level of children's eye care for health workers has been significantly improved,and the satisfaction of health workers is high.
