摘　　要：新质生产力与新型工业化双向驱动是国际国内复杂新形势下我国经济高质量发展的战略选择与催化动力,两者存在内涵、目标、方向、方法及路径一致的耦合逻辑,共同以技术创新为特征,以智能化、绿色化和数字化为共识,协同推进科技创新与制度改革,推动产业链延伸和价值链升级,开辟经济发展新领域、新赛道,形成发展新优势。本文从理论、历史和现实三个维度考察双向驱动的价值意蕴,深刻诠释了中国化马克思主义的全新实践、中国跨越式发展进程中的互动演变以及经济社会环境可持续发展的有效路径。面对挑战与机遇,须以技术创新与产业转型协同推进,提升产业链供应链韧性和安全水平,加快新型生产关系与体制机制的变革,将高水平对外开放与国际竞争力提升为实践进路。The bidirectional driving of new quality productive forces and new-type industrialization constitutes a strategic option and catalytic impetus for the high-quality economic development of China under the complex new circumstances both domestically and internationally.There exists a consistent coupling logic in terms of connotation,objectives,directions,methods,and paths between the two,both being characterized by technological innovation and sharing a consensus on intelligence,greenness,and digitalization.They collaboratively advance scientific and technological innovation and institutional reform,promote the extension of industrial chains and the upgrading of value chains,pioneer new domains and tracks for economic development,and form new development advantages.This paper examines the value implications of the bidirectional driving from three dimensions of theory,history,and reality,profoundly interpreting the brand-new practice of Marxism with Chinese characteristics,the interactive evolution in China's leapfrog development process,and the effective path for the sustainable development of the economic and social environment.Facing challenges and opportunities,the focus of efforts should be on the coordinated advancement of technological innovation and industrial transformation,enhancing the resilience and security level of industrial chains and supply chains,accelerating the transformation of new production relations and institutional mechanisms,and promoting high-level opening and the improvement of international competitiveness as the practical approach.
