血清CEA、SCC-Ag、CA125水平联合检测在早期宫颈癌诊断中的效能

摘　　要：目的:分析血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC-Ag)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平联合检测在早期宫颈癌诊断中的效能。方法:选取2021年2月至2023年12月该院收治的90例早期宫颈癌患者为研究组,另选取同期该院90名健康体检者为对照组。比较两组血清CEA、SCC-Ag、CA125水平,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,计算曲线下面积(AUC),分析血清CEA、SCC-Ag、CA125水平单项及联合检测在早期宫颈癌诊断中的效能。结果:研究组血清CEA、SCC-Ag、CA125水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清CEA、SCC-Ag、CA125水平单项及联合检测诊断早期宫颈癌的AUC分别为0.695、0.778、0.756、0.843,其中联合检测的AUC高于三者单项检测。结论:血清CEA、SCC-Ag、CA125水平联合检测诊断早期宫颈癌的效能高于三者单项检测。Objective:To analyze efficiency of combined detection of serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC-Ag)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)levels in diagnosis of early cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 90 patients with early cervical cancer admitted to this hospital from February 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study group,and 90 healthy subjects in this hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum CEA,SCC-Ag and CA125 were compared between the two groups,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn,the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated.The efficiency of single and combined detection of serum CEA,SCC-Ag and CA125 levels in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer were analyzed.Results:The levels of serum CEA,SCC-Ag and CA125 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AUC of single and combined detection of serum CEA,SCC-Ag and CA125 levels in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer were 0.695,0.778,0.756 and 0.843,separately.The AUC of combined detection was higher than that of single detection.Conclusions:The efficiency of combined detection of serum CEA,SCC-Ag and CA125 levels in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer is higher than that of single detection of the three.
