血清CA72-4、CA242、CA19-9、CEA水平与结直肠癌患者病情严重程度的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析血清糖类抗原72-4(CA72-4)、糖类抗原242(CA242)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、癌胚抗原(CEA)水平与结直肠癌患者病情严重程度的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2023年8月该院收治的80例结直肠癌患者的临床资料,设为观察组,80例结直肠良性病变患者设为对照组,另选取同期80名健康体检者设为健康组,比较三组及不同临床分期结直肠癌患者血清CA72-4、CA242、CA19-9、CEA水平,分析其与结直肠癌患者病情严重程度的相关性。结果:观察组和对照组血清CA72-4、CA242、CA19-9、CEA水平均高于健康组,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同临床分期结直肠癌患者血清CA72-4、CA242、CA19-9、CEA水平,Ⅳ期>Ⅲ期>Ⅱ期>Ⅰ期,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清CA72-4、CA242、CA19-9、CEA水平与结直肠癌患者病情严重程度均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清CA72-4、CA242、CA19-9、CEA水平与结直肠癌患者病情严重程度均呈正相关。Objective:To analyze correlations between serum carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4),carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)levels and severity of colorectal cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.They were set as the observation group.A total of 80 patients with benign colorectal lesions were set as the control group,and 80 healthy subjects were selected as the healthy group.The levels of serum CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9 and CEA in three groups and the colorectal cancer patients with different clinical stages were compared.The correlations between them and the severity of colorectal cancer were analyzed.Results:The levels of serum CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9 and CEA in the observation group and the control group were higher than those in the healthy group,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9,and CEA in the colorectal cancer patients with different clinical stages showed that:stage IV>stage III>stage II>stage I,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis results showed that the serum levels of CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9,and CEA were positively correlated with the severity of colorectal cancer(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of serum CA72-4,CA242,CA19-9 and CEA are positively correlated with the severity of colorectal cancer.
