利鼻方结合固防汤序贯分期治疗在变应性鼻炎中应用的分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨利鼻方结合固防汤序贯分期在变应性鼻炎中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月~2023年1月期间收治的96例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机双盲设计,分为对照组与观察组,每组各48例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组采用利鼻方结合固防汤序贯分期治疗。观察两组患者疗效差异,对比治疗前后两组患者中医症候积分、免疫功能[25羟基维生素D(25(OH)D)、特异性免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)]、血清学指标[转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂1(TIMP-1)]水平以及生活质量[鼻炎及哮喘生存质量问卷(Rhinasthma)]变化、随访结果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中医症候积分、25(OH)D、Ig E、TGF-β1、MMP-9、TIMP-1水平以及Rhinasthma评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月~1年后,观察组不良反应发生率为4.17%明显低于对照组的18.75%(P<0.05)。结论 利鼻方结合固防汤序贯分期在变应性鼻炎中疗效明显,可有效减轻患者临床症状,改善其免疫功能与生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Libi prescription combined with Gufang decoction in the sequential staging of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 96 patients with allergic rhinitis treated from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random double-blind design,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,the observation group was treated with Libi prescription combined with Gufang decoction in sequential stages.The difference of curative effects between the two groups was observed.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,immune functions[25 hydroxyvitamin D(25(OH)D),specific immunoglobulin E(IgE)],serological indexes[transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1),matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9),matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor 1(TIMP-1)],changes in quality of life(Rhinasthma and Quality of Life Questionnaire)and follow-up results of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of TCM syndrome score,25(OH)D,IgE,TGF-β1,MMP-9,TIMP-1 and Rhinasthma score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Afer 6 months to 1 year fllow-up,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(18.75%)(P<0.05)Conclusion Libi prescription combined with Gufang Decoction in sequential staging is effective in patients with allergic rhinitis,which can effectively reduce clinical symptoms and improve the immune function and quality of life.
