二氧化锆全瓷冠修复前牙牙体缺损的效果评估分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析前牙牙体缺损使用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复方式治疗的临床效果及对患者咀嚼能力与口腔健康指标的影响。方法2023年1月1日至2023年12月31日就诊于枣庄市口腔医院的前牙牙体缺损患者30例,奇偶数法分组,对照组(n=15)使用钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复,观察组(n=15)运用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复患者前牙,统计对比两组牙齿修复情况、咀嚼能力指标及口腔健康指标数据。结果修复后,观察组患者前牙边缘密合度、修复体颜色、修复体折裂、牙龈组织、龈缘着色、解剖外形均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组咀嚼能力高于对照组,牙齿松动度、牙龈指数、菌斑指数低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对前牙牙体缺损患者实施二氧化锆全瓷冠修复技术,在使患者前牙牙体缺损得到良好修复的同时,其咀嚼能力、口腔健康水平等均能够有良好恢复。Objective To study the clinical effect of using zirconia full porcelain crown to repair anterior tooth defect and the effect on chewing ability and oral health index of patients.Methods On January 1,2023 to December 31,2023 in Zaozhuang City Stomatological Hospital patients with anterior tooth defects with 30 cases,odd even form group,control group(n=15)using cobalt chromium alloy porcelain crown repair,observation group(n=15)using zirconia all porcelain crown repair patients with anterior teeth,statistical comparison of data on dental restoration,masticatory capacity indicators and oral health indicators of the two groups.Results After restoration,the patients in the observation group had better anterior marginal closeness,restoration colour,restoration fracture,gingival tissue,gingival margin staining,and anatomical shape than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The masticatory capacity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the degree of tooth looseness,gingival index,and plaque index were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Repair treatment for patients,the application of all porcelain crown repair technology,in the patients before the tooth defects get good repair at the same time,through the chewing ability,oral health level can have good recovery.
