摘　　要：目的探讨垫式局部义齿在重度磨耗伴牙列缺损修复中的临床应用效果,为临床提供参考。方法枣庄市口腔医院对2022年10月至2024年9月收治的80例重度磨耗伴牙列缺损患者进行研究,根据治疗方案不同分为两组:观察组40例采用垫式局部义齿,对照组40例则采用传统义齿修复,评价组间修复效果、咀嚼功能及并发症发生情况。结果观察组修复后的总有效率、咀嚼效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论[牙合]垫式局部义齿在重度磨耗伴牙列缺损修复中具有显著的临床优势,在修复效果、咀嚼功能的改善以及并发症发生率方面均优于传统义齿修复,为临床实践提供重要参考。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of occlusal pad partial dentures in the restoration of severely worn and missing dental columns,and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods Zaozhuang Stomatological Hospital conducted a study on 80 cases of patients with severe wear with tooth loss admitted from October 2022 to September 2024,which were divided into two groups according to the different treatment plans:40 cases in the observation group were restored with tooth-compatible cushion-type partial denture,while 40 cases in the control group were restored with conventional denture,and the restorative effects,masticatory function,and the occurrence of complications were evaluated between the groups.Results The total effective rate and masticatory efficiency after repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total complication rate was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The occlusal pad type partial denture has significant clinical advantages in the restoration of severely worn and missing dental columns,and is superior to traditional denture restoration in terms of restoration effect,improvement of chewing function,and incidence of complications.It can provide important reference for clinical practice.
