摘　　要：目的分析基于达标理论的护理干预对行经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉(PICC)置管的乳腺癌患者心理状态、生活质量的影响。方法选择福建省南平市建阳第一医院2021年7月至2024年7月接收的65例行PICC置管的乳腺癌患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(32例)和观察组(33例),对照组选择常规护理,观察组加以基于达标理论的护理干预。对比两组的心理状态、生活质量、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表得分,并发症总发生率较对照组低(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组的生活质量综合评估量表得分及患者对护理的总满意度较对照组高(均P<0.05)。结论行PICC置管的乳腺癌患者采取基于达标理论的护理干预具有积极效果,能够有效改善患者的心理状态、生活质量,并可有效预防并发症,改善整体满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on the theory of reaching the standard on the psychological status and quality of life of breast cancer patients who underwent peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods A total of 65 breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization received from Jianyang First Hospital,Nanping City,Fujian Province from July 2021 to July 2024 were randomly divided into the control group(32 cases)and the observation group(33 cases).The control group selected routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on the theory of reaching the standard,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on the theory of reaching the standard.Compare the psychological states,and Quality of Life,and the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the observation group had lower scores on the self-assessment scale for anxiety and self-depression scale,and lower total complication rates than the control group(all P<0.05);after the intervention,the observation group had higher scores on the comprehensive assessment of quality of life inventory and higher total patient satisfaction with care than the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on the theory of reaching the standard for breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization has a positive effect,which can effectively improve the psychological status and quality of life of patients,and can effectively prevent complications and improve overall satisfaction.
