摘 要:为降低锆钛酸铅(PZT)压电陶瓷的烧结温度,以Li_(2)CO_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3)作为复合烧结助剂,采用固相反应法制备了PZT基压电陶瓷粉,系统地研究了烧结助剂Li_(2)CO_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3)的掺杂量及烧结温度对PZT压电陶瓷相结构、微观形貌及电学性能的影响。在Li_(2)CO_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3)掺杂量(质量分数)为1.3%时,PZT压电陶瓷的烧结温度可由1250℃降低至900~950℃,具有较宽的烧结温度范围,同时陶瓷表现出优异的电学性能。烧结温度为900℃时,陶瓷的压电应变常数d_(33)达到最大值538 pC/N;烧结温度为950℃时,陶瓷的压电电压常数g_(33)达到最大值43.27 mVm/N。同时实现了陶瓷-电极低温共烧,共烧后的陶瓷片d_(33)可达530 pC/N。To reduce the sintering temperature of lead zirconate titanate(PZT)piezoelectric ceramics,PZT-based piezoelectric ceramics were fabricated via a solid-state reaction with Li_(2)CO_(3)and Bi_(2)O_(3)as composite sintering aids.The effects of the doping amount of Li_(2)CO_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3)and the sintering temperature on the phase structure,microstructure,and electrical properties of PZT piezoelectric ceramics were comprehensively investigated.When the doping amount of Li_(2)CO_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3)is 1.3 wt%,the sintering temperature of PZT piezoelectric ceramics can be decreased from 1250℃to 900-950℃,which is a wide sintering temperature range,and the ceramics exhibit outstanding electrical properties.The piezoelectric strain constant d_(33)can reach 538 pC/N when the sintering temperature is 900℃,and the piezoelectric voltage constant g_(33)reaches a maximum of 43.27 mVm/N when the sintering temperature is 950℃.Simultaneously,low-temperature co-firing of the ceramics and electrodes is accomplished,and the d_(33)of the ceramic chip after co-firing reaches 530 pC/N.
