摘  要:此处以双有源全桥(DAB)DC/DC变换器为主要研究对象,针对传统比例积分(PI)控制动态响应慢及采用多移相调制策略的DAB建模复杂的缺点,提出一种基于多重移相调制策略的模型预测控制(MPC)方法。该MPC根据实际输出电压、输出电流及输出电压给定值,计算最优DAB输出侧电流给定值。多重移相载波调制策略根据最优DAB输出侧电流给定值,计算最优多重移相调制占空比。最后,在实验室样机上验证所提方法的有效性及正确性。实验结果表明,与传统控制策略相比,所提方法能显著改善动态响应性能。同时,以DAB输出侧电流作为优化变量,适用于各类多重移相调制策略,并大大减弱计算复杂度。A model predictive control(MPC)method based on multi-phase-shift modulation strategy is proposed to solve the shortcomings of the slow dynamic response of traditional proportional integral(PI)control and the complex modeling of dual active bridge(DAB)using multi-phase-shift modulation strategy,taking the DAB DC/DC converter as the main research object.The MPC calculates the optimal DAB output current given value according to the actual output voltage,output current and output voltage given values.The multi-phase-shift carrier modulation strategy calculates the optimal multi-phase-shift modulation duty cycle according to the optimal DAB output-side current given value.Finally,the effectiveness and correctness of the proposed method are verified on the laboratory prototype.Experimental results show that compared with the traditional control strategy,the proposed method can significantly improve the dynamic response performance.At the same time,the current on the output side of DAB is used as the optimization variable,which is suitable for various multi-phase-shift modulation strategies and greatly reduces the computational complexity.
