摘　　要：2024年10月发布的《2024年美国心脏学会/美国卒中学会卒中一级预防指南》是继前版指南推出10年后的再次更新。新版指南对多项推荐意见进行了更新,并新增了若干主题。本文旨在对新版指南的推荐内容进行简要介绍,以期为我国的卒中一级预防临床实践提供参考。The“2024 Guideline for the Primary Prevention of Stroke:A Guideline from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association”published in October,2024 is the updated version of the“2014 Guideline for the Primary Prevention of Stroke”published 10 years ago.The new guideline updated several recommendations and included several new topics.This article introduced briefly the recommended content of the new version of the guideline to provide reference for clinical practice in the primary prevention of stroke in China.
