摘　　要：本文通过讨论白细胞介素(Interleukins包括IL—1,IL—2及IL3)在活化T细胞,调节T及B细胞、肥大细胞与嗜碱细胞的分化、增殖,产生多种淋巴因子及IgE等方面的活性;以变态反应疾病为模型;论证了白细胞介素在免疫调节不良综合征(Immunological Dysregulation Syndr mes)的发病机理中起着重要作用。Taking allergic diseases as models,through the discussion of the activities of interleukins(IL-1,IL-2 and IL-3)in the activation of T cells,in the regulation of differentiation and proliferation of T cells,B cells,mastocytes and basophils,and in the production of various lymphokines and IgE.this paper evaluates the important roles which interleukins play in the pathogenesis of immunological dysregulation syndrome.
