摘　　要：文章探讨了宁波战略性新兴产业与民间创业投资的对接模式,分析了民间创业投资从独立发展走向互动融合、从制度约束走向政策引导的发展历程。总结宁波创业投资在资金募集、投资服务和资本退出等方面的多元化演进,强调了政府引导在促进民间资本进入战略性新兴产业中的作用。通过案例和政策分析,文章揭示了宁波创业投资生态系统的构建过程。This paper explores the alignment models between Ningbo strategic emerging industries and private venture capital.It analy-zes the development trajectory of private venture capital from independent operation to interactive integration,and from institutional con-straints to policy guidance.The study summarizes the diversified evolution of Ningbo venture capital in fundraising,investment services,and capital exit.It emphasizes the role of government guidance in facilitating the entry of private capital into strategic emerging industries.Through case studies and policy analysis,the paper reveals the construction process of Ningbo venture capital ecosystem.
